Need to (r)amp up the volume on your iPhone/Pod/iPad, mobile phone and/or MP3 device but you are a few wires short of a stereo?
The iFrogz Boost Near Field Audio allows users to amplify their device’s sound by placing their smartphone, or other similar device that is equipped with an external speaker, on top of the Boost.
It has patent-pending audio technology to sync the external audio signal and then amplify the sound through two 2W x 2RMS speakers, which means no wires, cords. Bluetooth or pairing configuration is now needed. An auxiliary line-in jack is also provided for devices without external speakers.
The Boost also works with Android devices and is designed to provide up to 15 hours of play time when powered by three AA batteries, or can be powered by a Micro USB cord.
According to the manufacturer, when on battery power, it can remain in standby mode for up to six months.
